The 'Pearl' has an extensive cocktail offering which is ultimately Rum driven, anchored by cocktail creations whose closely guarded recipes have since been forgotten or lost to the grave with their original beachcomber creators. Drinks are always fruity, overly decorated with no sparing of Rum, delivered out of the hands of a consummate performing bartender who will be just as interested in the classic American Rock as you will be.
