Established in February 2017 in the shell of a former basement disco club, Mødular. has set out to create a safe space for freedom of sonic expression, music experimentation and boundary-pushing. The club has a well-enforced NO PHOTOS policy which was the first of its kind in the city and h

elps to ensure the focus of the events are always on the music and dance. Over the past 7 years, the space had grown and developed into a three-room venue providing an array of dance music, open 4 days per week. Through this effort, the club has built a strong reputation with artists and dancers alike in South Africa and abroad.
