Fun Fit If you have not exercised or laughed in a while and dislike strict aerobics classes then join us for a session of movement and laughter. Want to get moving? P.S.

Have fun and laugh yourself silly? Then join us for a fun filled, no fuss body moving class. We are looking for people who want to shake off their stress, get their bodies moving and be silly! Bring a towel, water and an open mind and get ready for an hour of fun and laughter. This is NOT a fitness class it’s a fun class.
