It was filmed on a phone (and published via Twitter by actress Debra Messing "Will and Grace") during a Hillary Clinton fundraiser. The lyrics don't quite scan correctly; nonetheless, this will end up on one of those Barbra Streisand 'rarities CDs' someday...
