When asked what dish he’s most proud of on the menu right now, Chef Matt’s answer wasn’t a dish at all.
He’s most proud of the team behind it. From collaborating on new ideas to creating our rotating dinner features, it’s the creativity, passion, and talent of the kitchen team that inspires him most. Every feature is a chance to try something new, work together, and bring fresh flavors to your table.
