Not even pandemic will stop us from dancing. FlowHo Ecstatic Dance is going virtual with everything included: Gathering for a Cacao Ceremony, Guided Warm Up, Ecstatic DJ beats and Soothing Soundscape. .
Join us from your kitchen and living rooms and experience the magic of gathering together and moving in the same rhythm. Light a candle during the evening for ambiance and symbol of light & resilience. See you on the dance floor of your living room or kitchen! 🧚‍♂️😍

💜 "AfterFlow" - In honoring the dance and integrating the experience, we will conclude with humming of gratitude and each pouring a cup of our favorite tea in our homes to all sip to our health and community love.
