2025 pushed us, challenged us, and shaped us - but it also reminded us why we do what we do. From ideas on a whiteboard to nights that took over the city, we’re proud of every step, every lesson, and every milestone along the way.

If you live and breathe content, understand how to capture a moment, and know exactly what works on Instagram, TikTok and Reels, this one’s for you. You must be confident both behind the camera and in front of it. Shooting, editing, planning, presenting and creating ideas that cut through every week.

What you will work on:
• Content shoots across weekly events
• Social calendars and campaign rollouts
• Short form video production
• On camera presenting for event promos and brand pieces
• Capturing behind the scenes moments that feel real, not staged
• Working closely with our creative and events team

Who you are:
• Confident on camera and comfortable giving direction off camera
• Strong eye for pacing, framing and storytelling
• Can edit fast and produce content that feels native to each platform
• Understands the nightlife and youth culture space
• Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast moving environment
