One of the many things I appreciate about REFIT®-the ability, and encouragement, to come just as you are. If you're local, you've got TWO chances this week to see what this incredible dance fitness community it all about!

-Our women's class back up after a lengthy injury/surgery/recovery pause. We meet Thursday mornings at 9am in Sherwood. We would adore having {YOU}! PM me me for more information ❤

-The founders of REFIT® come out yearly for a training weekend, and THIS is the weekend! Friday night is a giant party-a 90 minute class that will absolutely bless and encourage you where you're at. While we aren't actually a karate class, and you won't have to fight through cobwebs to come, this seemed such a fitting picture to put up. We've had {SUCH} a long hiatus!
But, I am dusting off my shoes, praying over and strengthening my knee, and getting so very excited to begin class again!

We will be meeting at 9am on Thursday mornings at Crossridge Church. Tell your gal pals, send me any song requests you may have, and we will see you in 11 short days!

Due to an injury rehab in progress, this class will be postponed until further notice.

Due to sick kiddos, kiddos being off of school tomorrow, an injury, and just LIFE in general, we are unfortunately cancelling class for tomorrow, October 28th. We will miss you, and are praying that we see you next week.

Hey all,
Class for this Thursday, October 14th, will be cancelled. Due to sick members of my family and a knee that has taken a bad turn, I am taking this week to care for those things. Hoping to be back at it next week

EVERY body belongs. I think this is one of my most favorite truths about REFIT.

Cannot wait to sweat with you in just over a week!
