Wakaka crew started as a team in 2006, after some of the members won a breaking(bboy) competition in Sure Heboh concert at Bukit Jalil, using the same name which we thought as a lucky name, an it is. In group, we already perform in many shows and performances and already won a lot of competitions and titles, one of the biggest achievements that our crew got was awarded as the BES
T DANCE CREW in 8TV SHOWDOWN 2010 which was held in KL Live on 8TV 2010. Some of our members also had represents Malaysia in Battle Of The Year Asia 2005, 2006 & 2008 which was held in Bangkok, Thailand. Other than winning a lot of competitions, we also had represents at a lot of places around Malaysia and also in neighboring country such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, United Kingdom and India. Our expectation for the future is to develop the breakdance scene in Malaysia to be at the same level as other countries. We also want to prove that breakdance & Hiphop dance is a positive way for teenagers to express themselves in the society. Moreover, breakdance also can promote unity which is very important for a multiracial country like Malaysia. "WAKAKA" short for Walau Aku Kalah, Aku Kisah Apa. (Even if i lose, what do i care) Our main priority is to entertain, and that's what we aim to do everytime. Last but not least, we also want to show that by dancing , we also can make a living like other peoples do.
