We explore botanicals, herbs, flowers, fruits, and wild ingredients, with some of our favorites coming directly from the mountains of Sapa and different regions of Vietnam. Many of our ingredients come from the mountains around Sa Pa and from different regions of Vietnam. From local herbs and flowers to Vietnamese spices, every glass is a small journey through the flavours of this beautiful country.
