Inspired by the harmony of Southeast Asian cuisine, this cocktail explores the delicate balance between brightness, spice, aroma, and umami. House-crafted citrus vodka is layered with calamansi, lemongrass, ginger, and kaffir lime leaf, while a precise touch of fish sauce acts not as a dominant flavour, but as a seasoning — adding depth, structure, and an enduring finish. Fresh chilli gently awakens the palate, letting every aroma unfold in succession.
It's served inside a seashell for a reason.
A seashell is shaped slowly, layer upon layer, by time and the sea — much like Krystalini, patiently built over seven years through countless conversations, shared moments, and the people who chose to stay. Every shell is unique, carrying the marks of its own journey, just as every guest leaves with a different memory.
