Trong lần trở lại này, Bo***ir Lounge kết hợp cùng đầu bếp nổi tiếng người Pháp Robin Mouquet để giới thiệu bộ sưu tập bánh ngọt mới. Với kinh nghiệm hơn một thập kỉ trong ngành ẩm thực, Robin Mouquet đã từng làm việc tại nhiều nhà hàng 2 và 3 sao Michelin tại Pháp, điển hình như nhà hàng Louis XV của đầu bếp Alain Ducasse. Anh cũng từng có dịp cộng tác với nhiều đầu bếp sao Michelin nổi tiếng khác như Michel Sarran, Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire và Pierre Herme - người nhận được danh hiệu đầu bếp bánh xuất sắc nhất thế giới năm 2016.
Từ tháng 4 năm 2024, Bo***ir Loung sẽ phục vụ một thực đơn bánh ngọt đặc biệt, theo sau đó là thực đơn trà chiều đặc sắc từ tháng 5 năm 2024. Tất cả đều được sáng tạo độc quyền bởi Robin Mouquet.
