Saigon Pickle Fest is almost here — we take over BigBamBoo this Saturday (May 23, 4 PM–11 PM) and we still have one hot‑food spot and a couple of small pickle slots waiting for the right vendors. Bring your best pickles, ferments, sauces, jams or sizzling street snacks and help us turn our jungle bar into the briniest party Saigon has ever seen.

Muốn làm ở một nơi có đồ ăn ngon, nhạc hay, hơi hỗn loạn một cách vui vẻ, và có nhiều cơ hội để học thêm? Tụi mình đang tìm thêm người vào team bếp.

Full-time: lương thỏa thuận

Không cần quá nhiều kinh nghiệm, tụi mình có thể đào tạo. Có kinh nghiệm món Âu là một lợi thế. Cần nói được một chút tiếng Anh, không cần lưu loát.

Nếu bạn học nhanh, làm team tốt, đúng giờ và xử lý được lúc service đông, tụi mình muốn nghe từ bạn.

Funkenstein: It’s Alive!

The groove has been stitched together… shocked back to life… and now it’s loose at BigBamBoo.

Funkenstein is a funk monster built from the best parts of the genre’s golden eras — Oakland-style funk from ’74, P-Funk madness, hard-slapping ’77 funk, disco-funk from ’78–’82, and modern groove science from bands like Vulfpeck.

Sewn together like something out of Mary Shelley’s nightmare, Funkenstein was born from one dangerous idea:

Take full control of the groove and keep the dance floor moving from the first note to the final slap.

Expect deep bass, tight drums, sharp guitars, sweaty disco energy, vinyl DJs, and absolutely no mercy for anyone who planned to “just have one drink.”

The monster is alive.
The groove is dangerous.
The dance floor is not safe.

Funkenstein: Quái Vật Đã Sống Lại!

Groove đã được khâu lại… giật điện hồi sinh… và giờ nó đang thoát ra tại BigBamBoo.

Funkenstein là một con quái vật funk được tạo nên từ những phần hay nhất của nhiều thời kỳ — Oakland-style funk năm ’74, P-Funk điên đảo, hard-slapping funk năm ’77, disco-funk từ ’78–’82, và chất groove hiện đại kiểu Vulfpeck.

Được “khâu” lại như bước ra từ cơn ác mộng của Mary Shelley, Funkenstein được sinh ra từ một ý tưởng rất nguy hiểm:

Kiểm soát hoàn toàn groove và giữ sàn nhảy chuyển động từ nốt đầu tiên đến cú slap cuối cùng.

Expect bass dày, trống tight, guitar sắc, năng lượng disco đổ mồ hôi, vinyl DJs, và hoàn toàn không thương tiếc cho những ai định “uống một ly rồi về.”

Quái vật đã sống lại.
Groove đang nguy hiểm.
