Every good story starts with a familiar face and some new one you didn’t know you are expecting it.
This Wednesday, we’re kicking off the special celebration series with the one and only Chanel Adams. She’s always been a little dangerous behind the bar and this time it’s even more because she’s not alone.
We’re welcoming Scott Roe, a rising talent from The Bamboo Bar, stepping into Pi for the first time, bringing fresh energy and a few surprises with him.

If a drink can be beautiful, can it also be tragic, or maybe both?

One of the newest cocktails on our menu, Hop-e-Scotch marks the beginning of a new chapter.

It’s bright, playful and almost careless. From citrus sweetness to a tiny funky note from pickled ginger and a touch of bacon-washed tequila that somehow ties everything together. Like the strange, chaotic pieces of youth with beer, sunshine and stories that only make sense later.

Inspired by the book ‘A Summer to Die’, a beautiful, life-altering tragedy, the drink echoes a simple childhood game that used to be played before anyone knew how fragile a summer could be.

Hop-e-Scotch carries that same feeling, complex in spirit, yet dangerously easy to finish. Just like childhood itself.

So before this summer slips away, would you like to take a step on the grid with us?

Some shifts are special. This one feels like home.

The one of a kind guest shift lands at Pi this March, our friends from , Singapore are taking over for a night of modern izakaya plates, bold cocktails, temporary tattoos, portrait drawings… and yes, a lot of funky time.

We’re kicking off the year with the party fueled by friendship, built over shared bottles, late-night talks, kitchen burns, airport hugs, and “one last round” that was never the last.

Make sure you would not miss this and leave having done something you’ll absolutely blame your friends for.

Dear our valued friends,

Here we are, once again another year folds into memory.

And we all know, this time it wasn’t easy at all.
It asked more from us than we expected, yet somehow gave us more than we could have imagined.

More than 1,500 days into this journey, we’ve watched strangers become regulars. Regulars become friends. Friends become family. And we’ve learned that not every season keeps the same people in it, and that, too, is part of growth.

Thank you for walking this road with us.
For trusting us with your time, your celebrations, your quiet nights.
For letting us be part of your becoming.
With pride and gratitude stepping into the new year, we’re grateful to share this magical moment with you.

We’ll keep the lights on. We’ll keep the drinks honest.
And keep our heads held high.
