SWAY DANCE is the group of ballroom and social dancers, created from the desire to build a mix-culture community for people who love the art of dancing from all over the world in Hanoi. With international orientation, all of our dancing classes will be taught in English - the official global language. SWAY DANCE brings you the enjoyment of two main dances:
Ballroom latin dance: In this cla

ss be prepared for hot, flashy movements, sexy poses and fire-consuming passion. Latin dances are generally faster-paced, more sensual, and have more rhythmic expression. Get charming with rumba, chicky with chacha, funky with samba and rocky with Jive
Zumba fitness: The most energetic dancing movement for “Bailando”, “Timber”, “Rain over me”,... and many hot trend songs. Basic steps and simple instruction don't mean to stop you from being hot and trendy. Beside dancing, this class also offers you fitness training such as muscular training and HIIT, which help you enhance the strength and shape up your body.

FIRST DAY CLASS ACCOMPLISHMENT ^^]

So the first day of 2-trial classes has come to end with so much fun =)) – foggy mirror, new friends, some cute dance movements.
Hope that you all enjoy the experience of the class: with the Zumba dance You make me feel….. and two basic steps of Jive.
Looking forward for all of you to seeing on Wednesday/Thursday. Don’t be late.
