Inspired by the sustainable development of the environment and community by the famous premium Rum brand Flor de Caña.
CLU Head Bartender created a cocktail made from local ingredients available around us such as mushrooms and shiso leaf. More specifically, Duy has demonstrated sustainability in the processing of raw materials. Thereby sending a message for everyone to build a sustainable future together through small actions right now.
Congrats to our head bartender Duy Taa on top 10 Finalist of Flor de Cana Sustainable Cocktail Challenge. He is heading to Saigon next week for the big Final day.

The name “CLU” pays homage to cult-classic science fiction movie TRON, which was opened in theaters in 1982. The film, considered groundbreaking, has inspired several individuals including us in numerous ways. With that in mind, we decided to create this very futuristic bar. The interior and lighting will seamlessly blend you into the thrilling TRON universe with a hidden clue that hint towards a very special room if you dare to find it.
