Hi Nicole and Carl,
Just wanted to thank you and your crew for a fantastic job this past Saturday for our son’s Bar Mitzvah party. Everything arrived on time, was set up efficiently, looked gorgeous and your crew was awesome to work with. Our family and guests had a fantastic time and your décor truly transformed the space (pictures to follow).
Nicole, I also appreciate your patience as we revised the order a few times to fit items into a tight space and Carl, thanks for working with me on suggesting the 6 foot bar tables which worked really well and creating a favorable package price.

You were exceptional to work with for the fabrication of the acrylic boxes, which were amazing, but also so accommodating with our changes and requests. It was so much fun working w you guys yesterday! Your crew was amazing! You guys gave me back the excitement and purpose to continue on, doing more party planning.

Thank you very much. And as soon as I get some pictures of the place with the furniture, I will send them over. The photographer says he took pictures, hopefully he did and they came out good. Everyone loved how the place looked. It looked like a totally different place. Thanks so much for your help with putting everything together and the suggestions. Your customer service skills are impeccable! You don’t see that too much anymore, so I really appreciate your professionalism throughout this process.

Dear Nicole
Please make sure that everyone knows how much I appreciated their work last night.
The zap photographer was on top of the situation. The cool pix people were just lovely and I thought when she introduced herself that she was you and gave her a big kiss hello! Reggie could not have been nicer and more accommodating and hard working. Maria was great, the drummer was great, the dj was great, the furniture was superb, Mario was divine. All in all, it was simply brilliant.
And of course your attention to ensuring that all my requests were met was invaluable.
