A new favorite has officially arrived
at Union Kitchen & Bar ✨

Our new TUNA CAUSA 🎣 layers fresh tuna tartare, Peruvian purple potato, ají amarillo, and avocado crema for a perfect balance between spice and creaminess. Bright, refreshing, and packed with flavor, it’s quickly becoming a guest favorite from the new menu.

For the perfect pairing, have it with a glass of "Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai" from Housui Brewing Co. 🍶 Rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced, this sake complements the spice of the ají amarillo and the creamy texture of the avocado crema perfectly.
