Thanks to everyone who came by and drank our beer yesterday. We got tons of positive feedback, and upset a few people who found out they can’t get my beer from anywhere except festivals.
The Salted Watermelon Sour was the obvious favorite with many people saying they were told to try it.
The Cherry Sour was right behind.

Without any festivals to give beer away at, I’ve been spending my time upgrading my brewery. A long time in the making but here’s my new brew controller. All hand built by myself. Now to pipe it in and test run it.

Did a traditional German decoction mash for my German Pilsner. Hoping to get this recipe nailed down. This technique involves boiling grains to get caramelization and add malt complexity. I’m hoping to get the perfect flavors I’m looking for.
