PLANTER'S PUNCH 2 oz. Dark Rum 1/2 Lime juiced 1/2 Lemon juiced 1/2 Blood Orange juiced 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice Angostura Bitters Ground Nutmeg Shake and strain over ice.

Tomato Mojito 1 1/2 ounce Rum 1/2 ounce Tomato Peppercorn Shrub 1/4 Lime 4 Mint Leaves 2 Cherry Tomatoes - Halved Club Soda Muddle lime, tomatoes, mint and shrub. Add rum, ice and top with club soda.

Blueberry Old Fashioned 2 oz Bourbon .25 oz Blueberry Thyme Shrub 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Blueberry Thyme Shrub .5 cup Blueberries 2 tsp Thyme .33 cup Red Wine Vinegar .33 cup Simple Syrup

BENTON PARK SWIZZLE 2 oz. Gold Rum 1 oz. Simple Syrup 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice 6-10 Fresh Mint Leaves 1/2 oz. Fernet Branca Crushed ice. Muddle Mint, lime juice and simple. Add rum. Pour into a glass and fill 3/4 full with crushed ice. Swizzle, or stir, for 30 seconds. Top with Fernet.
