A little behind the scenes of what goes into preparing a 215 Speakeasy Cocktail Class — fresh ingredients, premium spirits, garnishes, glassware, tools, and every little detail ready before our guests arrive.

For our classes, we intentionally use Reàl Infused Exotics and Monin USA syrups and purées that our guests can easily find and buy themselves. Why? Because we want you to leave knowing how to recreate the exact same cocktails at home. 🥂

No impossible recipes. No ingredients you’ll never make again.

Just great cocktails, professional techniques, and everything you need to shake them again at home.
