Harvest is hard.

Some years the crop is good. Some years it isn’t. Sometimes the livestock gets out, the combine breaks down, something catches on fire, it won’t stop raining—or it won’t rain at all.

We get it.

Because before we were distillers, we were farmers. And we still are.

We’ve had the long days, the late nights, the breakdowns, the mud, the weather, the stupid livestock and the years that just plain didn’t go according to plan.

So when you’ve had enough for the day, shut down the combine, knock off the dust and come see us at Wildcat.

The wh***ey is made from grain grown on our family farm, the cocktails are cold, and you won’t have to explain why harvest has you looking a little rough.

Because a good Iowa harvest deserves a good Iowa pour.
