We're thrilled to be part of the celebration for Delilah's 31st anniversary tonight! This special occasion features a truly unique whiskey bottling, crafted from four exceptional whiskies, ranging from an 8-year-old single malt to a wheated bourbon finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It’s an honor to represent Chicago’s premier whiskey bar on such a milestone evening. I hope you can join us at Delilah’s tonight to experience this extraordinary blend. Last minute Thanksgiving cocktail for everyone.
1.5 oz Oppidan Barrel Reserve Old Tom Gin
2 oz cranberry juice
1.5 oz sweet vermouth (Dolins)
1/2 oz lime
1/2 cinnamon simple*

Garnish with rosemary sprig and some cranberries

*Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup hot water. Add 30 grams cinnamon chips or sticks, let steep for 1 hour.
