they say the best way to get your daily serving of vegetables is to drink them... and we agree.

just beet it is our version of a spring garden, but with more smoke. scotch, mezcal, and earthy beet meet zesty ginger and a tangy yogurt sammie on the side—and yes, it tastes just like a sour cream & onion chip.
