🚨 Policy Update at Disconnect Gaming Lounge

As our community continues to grow, we’re updating our minor policy to better accommodate our older teen gamers while still keeping DGL a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Previously, all minors were required to have an adult present. Moving forward:

🎮 Players ages 12 and under must still have a parent or adult with them at all times.

🎮 Players ages 13 and older may now hang out and play independently with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

We’re excited to offer responsible teens a little more freedom while continuing to prioritize safety and respect inside the lounge 💙

There’s something really special about hearing families laugh, play, and just genuinely enjoy their time together.

Watching parents connect with their kids, or even adults reconnecting with their own childhood through games, reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Moments like that matter.

In a world that feels so busy and different from what it used to be, seeing people slow down, be present, and just enjoy each other is honestly the best feeling.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We truly appreciate it more than words can express. We understand that times aren’t what they used to be, and it means a lot that people still choose to come in, spend time together, and make memories here with us.
