To share our love and passion for Italian cooking we opened our doors in the wonderful San Francisco community of Polk, on the corner of Union, in 1986. As our family grew in 1996 we moved to our current location in charming Walnut Creek, CA. After a long remodel we reopen our doors in 2017 as Benvenuti Ristorant

e (formerly know as Salvatore Ristorante). Our goal has always been to bring exceptional traditional Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment. While also featuring local, sustainable, organic ingredients, an extensive list of Italian and Californian wines, a full bar and a robust cocktail program.

We are bringing back a selection of our favorite cocktails for a second chance to win on Cocktail Redemption Night.

Join us as we revisit these standout creations and give them the recognition they deserve.

We will be pouring four unique cocktails ($9 each) which you will be able to judge and vote on. The winning cocktails from this event will be added to our craft cocktails list and be used in future competitions.

Full dinner menu will also be available to enjoy with your tastings.

These craft cocktails are original and artfully created just for this event.

Over the years, we have created incredible cocktails for our Annual Summer Nights of Cocktails event, many of which have gone on to win prestigious competitions.

However, some exceptional creations fell just short of victory and our amazing mixologists believe they deserve a second chance. We are bringing back a selection of our favorite non-winning cocktails for a Cocktail Redemption Night.

Join us as we revisit these standout creations and give them the recognition they deserve.
