Chef Rob has led award-winning kitchens like Lineage (James Beard semifinalist, Best New Restaurant Maui & Hawaii, Bon Appétit Top 50), building a reputation for thoughtful, locally driven cuisine.
His approach to fermentation, sustainability, and bold island flavors pairs perfectly with our cocktails—this is the food & drink experience Wailuku has been waiting for.

Alas, it looks like the process of cleaning and repairing the storm damage is going to take us a few weeks. Rest assured, though, we will be open again soon and looking better than ever!

In the meantime we have set up a go fund me for our employees to help mitigate the financial burden this places upon them. Any donations would be sincerely appreciated 🫶

Due to a leak in our roof and an unplanned indoor waterfall, we will be closed again tonight to assess and repair the damages.

Hoping to reopen for normal business tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞
