I was honored to sit down with K10 News to share the story behind The Emerald — our vision for transforming one of Van Alstyne’s historic buildings into an elegant, upscale cocktail lounge that reflects both the town’s heritage and its exciting future.

This space has been such a meaningful project — every design choice pays tribute to the history within these walls while creating something fresh, beautiful, and inviting for the community to enjoy.
