We could not be more excited to show off the newest addition to our space. Say hello to our hand-carved sign made by local woodworker of .co.

Being woodworkers ourselves, we know exactly how much time and craftsmanship went into this sign and we are absolutely blown away by the result.

This piece of art will hang as a beacon here on Broad Street, grabbing the attention of cheese-lovers for years to come! 🧀🍷

We highly recommend Joe and his work - in fact, he also carved the Flour and Salt sign around the corner from us! Joe is not only an artisan and artist but a carpenter and contractor by trade, handling projects from timber framing, cabinetry and home renovations to porches, tile and stone work, and more! We are so excited to be adding two delicious cheeses to the case today, and both of them are local to New York.

Finger Lakes Gold Reserve from Lively Run Dairy in Interlaken: This is an award-winning aged goat cheese from a family-run team and one of the longest-operating commercial goat dairies in the United States. Nutty, firm, and buttery, with a touch of sweetness. Easy snacking perfection.👌🏼

Nancy's Camembert from Old Chatham Creamery in Groton: We are honored to offer our last wheel of this beloved, ooey gooey masterpiece. Old Chatham Creamery has discontinued this icon as they shift their focus onto other dairy delights, so we hope you will come experience this delicious gem while we still have her!

Our first Colgate University Graduation weekend has come to an end and it felt like a true rite of passage as a newly opened business here in town! We'd like to extend our warmest wishes to the Class of 2026 and a huge congratulations. We're honored that you let us be a part of your well-deserved celebrations, whether through a private event, catering order, or stopping in to see us amidst your festivities.

We feel like this was our "freshman year" in business. We opened our doors halfway through the school year, and the senior class showed so much excitement about our space and offerings, it made us feel truly welcome. We cannot thank you enough for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the coming years whenever you return to Hamilton!

We'd be remiss to not also thank our amazing local patrons, who braved the busy crowds to come out and visit us this weekend as well!

Our hours are back to normal this week, and we look forward to the sunny summer days ahead - finally!

We are so excited to experience our first-ever *slice* of ’s graduation celebrations!

This weekend we will be open:

Friday: 2 pm to 9 pm 
Saturday: 11 am to 3 pm, then closed for private events
Sunday: 12 pm to 5 pm

We will be available for catering pickups all weekend while we are open. For special arrangements, please call us at 315-750-9453.
