It starts with roasted sesame oil-infused wh***ey, followed by apricot liqueur, Amontillado sherry, green tea syrup, yuzu, and lemon before being clarified with whole milk.

Once chilled, it’s topped with soda water and finished with a Fresno pepper garnish.
