Agave & Stone, made for the spotlight ✨

Arlene shakes things up with a mezcal cocktail built around house-made osmanthus and hazy IPA syrup, with pineapple, citrus, and alpine spice bringing brightness and warmth.

Shaken until light and frothy, then finished with dehydrated pineapple, fragrant osmanthus, and a float of Alpine Amaro.

Beverage Manager Arlene Magana introduces the Mega Viral.

Inspired by the Ramos Gin Fizz, this cocktail starts with house-made lemongrass syrup, blended cold to keep the aromatics bright.

From there, pisco, tequila blanco, Midori, citrus, egg white, and heavy cream come together for a smooth, lifted sip.

Finished with tonic and matcha for its signature rise.

The spotlight looks good on this one.
