Thank God for ci**rs, and thank God for the comfort they bring.

After yesterday’s atrocity, I’m taking a day off from talking basketball. I don’t work for the NBA, so I’ll just say it: the fix was in. Straight bu****it.

But today ain’t about that.

Today is about lighting up a fine cigar, relaxing, and enjoying good company. I paid off all my cigar debts, and one particular gentleman needs to come collect his smoke after last night’s loss.

No basketball debates. No complaints. Just good ci**rs, good people, and a little peace of mind. Pull up.

To all my Knicks fans, pull up and let’s enjoy this ride. To all the haters, you’re welcome too. Come root against us, talk your trash, tell us we’re getting ahead of ourselves. We got a seat for you too.

Either way, the game will be on, the ci**rs will be lit, and the atmosphere will be right. No matter what logo is on your hat, come be part of it.

Two years ago, most of us were complete strangers. Today, we stand together as a league of extraordinary gentlemen, bound not by circumstance, but by friendship, respect, loyalty, and shared experiences. What started with a simple cigar has become something far greater.

Now, two years later, we gather not just as friends, but as brothers, celebrating one of our own, Valerie and Kerion, as they begin their next chapter together. Moments like these are a reminder that the greatest connections are often the ones we never see coming.

Today so many of us look forward to a barbecue, a day off from work, or heading to the beach as summer begins. But the true meaning of Memorial Day is to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Just like the picture above shows, so many of the liberties we enjoy today, including something as simple as sitting back and smoking a cigar at our leisure, were made possible because of their sacrifice.

Let us never forget the fallen and the price that was paid for our freedom.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but what does the lounge mean to you?

Is it just a place to smoke and enjoy ci**rs, or something much deeper?

For so many of us, it is a place of refuge. A space where time slows down, conversations feel real again, and the outside world finally gets quiet. It is where brotherhood forms naturally, where stories are shared without pressure, and where silence is just as respected as conversation.

At Burnt Leaf Lounge, it becomes more than a lounge. It becomes community, it becomes reset, it becomes home for the mind after a long day.
