🚨 URGENT: WE NEED TO RAISE $1,600 MORE FOR SURGERY TOMORROW. 🚨

We are praying for a miracle today. 🙏🐾

Because of the urgency of his condition, we need to be ready to move forward with surgery TOMORROW, but we are still $1,600 short of what we need.

We don’t have much time. Every single donation—$5, $10, $20—gets us closer to making sure he can receive the surgery he urgently needs. ❤️‍🩹

UPDATE- his eye ruptured. We were quoted close to $2,800 for an eye removal that needs to be done immediately. We’re praying to be able to meet this goal with donations to get it done as soon as possible. The owner of Cozy is taking him and his brother home to monitor and medicate throughout the holiday weekend (him and his brother are very much bonded and we will not ever separate them)

Our sweet gray boy has taken a sudden and drastic turn for the worse in less than 24 hours. 💔 We are getting him to the vet for an EMERGENCY appointment TODAY.

He has been in quarantine receiving medication for his eye, but within just one day, his condition changed dramatically and we cannot wait. He needs to be evaluated immediately.

We don’t know yet what testing, treatment, or emergency care he is going to need — but we have to get him help.

We officially have THREE FAKE VENMO ACCOUNTS impersonating Cozy Kitty. 😡

Someone has gone as far as copying our entire profile, photos, and account information to make their fake account look like us.

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ANY ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE IT IS OUR OFFICIAL ACCOUNT.

We have now changed the profile picture on our REAL Venmo account to our Cozy Kitty business card to help everyone identify the correct account.

Before donating, please double-check the username and profile picture. If you see another account pretending to be us, PLEASE REPORT IT immediately.

These donations are meant to help real cats and kittens with veterinary care, medications, food, supplies, and rescue expenses. It is absolutely disgusting that someone would try to take advantage of people who are simply trying to help animals in need.

WE FOUND A FOSTER AND THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

🚨 EXPERIENCED KITTEN FOSTERS NEEDED! 🐾

Cozy Kitty Cafe is looking for a few experienced fosters who have cared for young kittens dealing with URIs (upper respiratory infections).

We currently have a handful of kittens in quarantine who have been battling URIs for a little while. They are receiving care and will be going to their follow-up vet appointments, but we could really use some extra experienced hands right now. ❤️

🏠 You provide the safe, loving foster home.
💊 We provide EVERYTHING — food, supplies, medication, and anything else they need.

Because these are small kittens currently being treated for URIs, we’re specifically looking for people who are comfortable administering medications and monitoring kittens during recovery.

🚨 WE REALLY NEED OUR COMMUNITY TODAY. 🚨

Another extremely slow day at Cozy Kitty. 💔 We opened today hoping for a busy, successful Saturday — and we haven’t had a single visitor yet.

Yesterday, we only had 4 visitors.

Meanwhile, the rescue side doesn’t slow down.

🐾 8 KITTIES HAVE VET APPOINTMENTS MONDAY.
🐾 Calls and messages asking us to help cats and kittens are still coming in EVERY DAY.
🐾 Food, litter, medications, vetting and everyday care still have to be paid for — whether our doors are busy or completely quiet.

We’re back in a really difficult spot trying to figure out how we’re going to cover everything coming due.

It truly takes a village, and today we’re asking our village to show up for these kitties. ❤️
