To the amazing couple that came into Cozy Kitty today doing something I’ve seen on TikTok before — where if you answer the question right, you get what’s inside the envelope — I tried so hard to keep a straight face. 🥹❤️ I literally had to walk in the back because I started tearing up.

So cute. So fun. And honestly such a thoughtful moment that truly touched me.

Everyone has been incredibly supportive lately and we cannot thank you all enough for showing up for Cozy Kitty in so many different ways.

We are also incredibly thankful for all of the donations coming in, including the Amazon Wish List orders that started arriving today. Seeing those packages show up means more than you know and helps us tremendously as we continue caring for all of the cats and kittens. We truly cannot thank everyone enough for stepping up and supporting us. ❤️📦🐾

You can catch us on Channel 13 News soon talking about our golf event happening today, the auction we currently have going on, and of course our ONE YEAR anniversary happening this weekend!! 🎉🐾

And rain? Nope — we are not letting it stop us! We will have tents outside JUST IN CASE and we are ready to celebrate with all of you.

From the bottom of our hearts here at Cozy Kitty Cafe, we are beyond thankful for every single person who has donated and supported us. ❤️

Because of all of you, we were able to place an order and get the essentials we urgently needed for now. We are praying this push continues so we can stay stocked and prepared.

This might not look like a lot to some, but let me tell you… it adds up incredibly fast. Kitten season is here, the cats inside Cozy Kitty need daily care, new arrivals continue coming in, and veterinary care, food, litter, supplies, and everything involved with rescue adds up quicker than most realize.

On top of all of that, we still have the utilities and business expenses to keep Cozy Kitty running, especially during slow periods when every dollar matters and priorities have to be carefully balanced.

We truly cannot thank all of you enough. Your kindness, donations, and support mean more than words can say. Please keep the push going if you’re able. Every bit helps us continue caring for these cats and kittens and saying “yes” when help is needed.

One year ago, Cozy Kitty Cafe opened its doors in Stroudsburg…
…and since then, SO many rescue cats have found homes, friendships have formed, and this little café has become something really special in the Poconos community.

💔 We’re going to be very honest with our community right now… Cozy Kitty Cafe is struggling.

Between growing bills, helping the community with cats and kittens, providing food, litter, medical care, and daily essentials, while seeing very minimal foot traffic through our doors, we are taking a very hard financial hit right now.

Our entry fee is what keeps everything running — from the lights staying on to helping rescue cats receive the care they need. With business being so slow, we are struggling badly and currently are not standing in a good place financially to comfortably keep things going.

What makes this especially hard is that next weekend is our ONE YEAR anniversary celebration. 💚 We officially opened our doors on June 5 last year. We have fun events planned and are trying our absolute best to celebrate this milestone with our community, but now weather forecasts are looking uncertain and we are worried about another setback.

We truly need help right now to replenish supplies, continue vetting cats, and keep up with the overwhelming need we see daily from cats and kittens needing help.
