The Dispensary & Upper Club

The Dispensary & Upper Club We are a bar with a full ABC license in a unique setting. All are welcome! We are a bar with a full ABC license located in downtown Spruce Pine.

Memberships are $50 person per year. Temporary memberships(daily or weekly) are available. Members may sign in a guest up to three times, then we ask that they become a member. We are a music venue offering live music in a cozy setting. We have hot soup, snack plates to pair up with a nice bottle of wine, beer or a cocktail while you socialize with old and new friends.
