We really want to get customers to come in and have some happy hour cocktails. Starting tomorrow we are going to have all our Contemporary Classic Cocktails on sale at $10 from open to 6pm. These are our best selling drinks well below what we normally sell them for.

Using Spiceology Brown Butter Cookie we made a butter washed bourbon infusion. Also using their Maple Bourbon we made a spiced apple maple bourbon syrup. Together these made a delicious fall Old Fashioned. Come by and try one tonight!

Trying out a couple trendy cocktails. The Country Club Cocktail is vodka, cacao acid(coffee flavoring) and simple syrup. It’s basically a vodka sour with a coffee kick. The video is a Buzz Button Verbena which is from the Chandalier Bar at the Cosmo in Vegas. Tequila, Ginger, Lime with a Buzz Button garnish. On special while they last!

Early leader for favorite new menu item. Peach and Bee Pollen Negroni. Bee Pollen-infused Gin, Lillet Blanc, Bitter Bianco, and a little Giffard Peach liqueur. A balanced blend of bitter, floral, and fruit perfect for fall.
