Interactive tours. Our whisky is hand-crafted with original ideas. We start from scratch, hand-malting our own Virginia-grown barley and flavoring the grain with apple and cherrywood smoke. The spirit is then aged with a progressive series of hand-cut, toasted fruitwood. We are the first distillery in North America to distill whisky using these innovative methods, and we love to share our story wi

th others. Stop by for a drink or a flight in our Speakeasy tasting room or our comfortable patio. Our distillery tour offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our production areas, where guests can learn about distillery production, discover how we craft exceptional whisky & spirits, and explore the history of our unique property in Sperryville, formerly an apple cider factory.
