As many of you have heard, we experienced a small fire at Trader’s on the Causeway very early this morning. The bar was closed and we are unaware of the cause at this time. Thanks to the fast and effective responses by the Spanish Fort and Daphne Fire Departments, the fire was quickly contained. We are so very grateful for their service.
And thank you to all of you for your messages of concern, love and support.
Our Trader’s family is amazing, our legacy is strong and we assure you, we are here to stay. We’ve survived more hurricanes than we can count, so you can be sure this won’t stop us!
We are temporarily closed in order to make the repairs needed and will reopen as soon as possible.
We will keep you updated with our progress and once we set a re-opening date, you all will be the first to know. It’ll be one heck of a grand re-opening…Trader’s style. Your favorite faces will be back behind the bar and the Trader’s Tea will be flowing.
The Dome will rise again!
