……………..Here’s the POST …dun dun dun. Let me start by saying that if you don’t know NAV, get to know NAV . But NAV wants me to tell you about EM Dance. Elevate Movement Dance Company was born out of this here pandemic. What do dancers and teachers do? Well they dance and teach still😆😆😆. But I was stuck. I was working from home, homeschooling kids 🤦🏾‍♀️ and dancing (away from everyone). Busy supporting the dreams of others, I get the “what about you mom?” from my youngest. She’s so sweet …And what about me 🤷🏽‍♀️. With the love , support and push from .2018 and many others here it goes….Please vote for us to be in the running for this grant opportunity… get the WHY in the comments 😊😊😊

Ok so you gotta help a sista out😊😊😊😱😱😊😊😊See the next post ok…. OMG !!! SCREAMING ON THE INSIDE😱. I’m such a behind the scenes person unless I’m teaching. A shy person unless I’m dancing or doing “business” stuff. I support others so they can achieve goals and dreams. That makes me smile big inside, almost as big as dancing. So oh my heavens , this is hard being up front. Ugh… the mental battle, you have no idea or maybe you do. Tell me all about it in the comments . I honestly want to hear. So here we go… this is me…this is what I do… this is my ambition… this is part of the way to get there, my research…this is how I cope (don’t judge me)🤪. Come take this journey with me.
