Today (10/14) is our very first Groovin’ Jams open mic, and we’re excited!

What to expect: Organized chaos!

This is our first night, so we’re ready to roll with it, see where the music takes us, and have some fun along the way.

We’ll have you sign in when you arrive so we can keep track of who’s playing and get everyone in the mix.

What to bring:

Yourself and your instrument of choice, whether that’s a guitar, bongos, saxophone, keyboard, or your own vocals. Singers are absolutely welcome!

What we’ll have:

A cocktail drum kit
Microphones
A djembe
A cajón
A tambourine
Mini bongos

We’ll also have a few extra percussion instruments we’re excited to bring out and play around with.

We don’t know about you, but we’re excited to host our very first Groovin’ Jams session!

We kick things off tomorrow, Wednesday, October 14, at 6 PM. Come join us and let’s see what happens!

Another great week ahead as we roll a little further into fall!

Wednesday we’re kicking things off with Groovin’ Jams. More on that later today or tomorrow! The photo is from Kitten and the Tonics’ setup, so our gear might look a little different, but we’ll have our own jam session setup ready to go.

Thursday: Jonny Love
Friday: Calvin Hinds
Saturday: Gramps with Amps

We’ll put the details for each night in the comments under the photos, so take a peek and see what’s happening each night.

We’ve got music, good eats, drinks, games, and all the usual shenanigans waiting for you at the Grove.

So, which night are you thinking?

TGIF!

And what better way to spend it than at TGG?

The Highway Drifters are taking the stage Friday evening, and The Fine Company is bringing the music Saturday evening.

We’ve got live music both nights, dessert and drink specials, and some pretty fantastic bartenders, if we do say so ourselves.

Come hungry, come thirsty, and come hang with us this weekend!

Well, Soren got caught in a traffic jam of the non musical variety and isn’t going to make it to the Grove tonight.

So we’re switching things up!

Grant “Funky” Frabe is stepping in from 6 to 9 and bringing the funk with him.

Traffic may have messed with the plans, but it’s not stopping the music tonight!
