A huge thank you to for this beautiful bounty of fresh, locally grown produce for our kitchen to test out!

We love supporting local whenever we can, especially when it means getting incredible ingredients grown right here in our community into the hands of our kitchen team. We can’t wait to see what they create with all of this.

After re-introducing our bartender Ian last week, we figured we'd better keep everyone on their toes.

As our expo and longest-standing busser, Iain has been a part of Cotton Hollow Kitchen for years. He's a true backbone of this restaurant, helping keep both the kitchen and dining room running smoothly day after day.
