Today’s spotlight of mythical creatures is a cocktail guaranteed to “stomp out” whatever bad juju you might be experiencing. I present to you, the Wasatch Sasquatch 🫈 (I don’t think I need to go into a huge description of Sasquatch aka Bigfoot). A base of Double Rye gets combined with Americano and in a barrel for 45 days. After filtering the batch, we add a house-made grapefruit shrub and special edition 200th Anniversary bitters. The resulting cocktail is refreshing yet boozy, with a kick of citrus and undertones of allspice, apple, and oak.

While I can’t guarantee this cocktail will let you go toe-to-toe with Bigfoot and come out on top, I can guarantee it will set you up for an amazing weekend. We’ve also got sangria (perfect for enjoying on the patio), and $1.50 off all drafts going all weekend. Hope to see you soon 🥃🌼

This weekend’s featured cocktail is your reminder that it’s good to be bad sometimes 😉
Burlesque Muse is her name, and she’s made with the multiple gold medal-awarded , Bokamaro, lemon, simple, Peychaud’s bitters and a dash of amaro. Bright and light on the tongue, but there’s also a more robust and brooding character to it as well. It’s truly a treat for the senses, and available only this weekend at your favorite East Bank cocktail destination. Stay for awhile and indulge in some discounted draft beer while you’re at it!

Okay Michiana, you went and did your civic duty by voting on Tuesday. Now, I’m putting a call out for volunteers for a different sort of public service.
We have a few new wines waiting in the wings to add to the menu…but we need to make space for them first! We’re giving you multiple ways to indulge in agave spirits for Cinco de Mayo today. First up is a guava margarita, perfectly balancing , Guava, lime, orange, and agave nectar. (Get it with a Tajin rim if you want to add another level of enjoyment 😉). Available today for the same price as our traditional margarita.
Next for those that like a more spirit forward cocktail we have the A-Maize-ing Old Fashioned, combining repo, Elote (a roasted corn infused mezcal), agave nectar, Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters. This interpretation of the Oaxaca Old Fashioned brings out both the sweetness and smokiness of its parts in the best way.
