To say we loved having Earl Giles Distillery & Apothecary pop up at Sioux City Distilling Company last Monday, would be an understatement.

From incredible cocktails to great conversation, it was an afternoon full of learning, connecting, and celebrating the craft behind every pour.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions, shared a drink, and helped make it such a memorable event. Here’s to more collaborations, more education, and more unforgettable cocktails!

✂️ A Milestone Worth Celebrating ✂️

Last Friday, we had the honor of celebrating our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony alongside the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce, marking an exciting new chapter for Sioux City Distilling Company.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Chamber, our friends, family, partners, and everyone in the community who came out to celebrate and show their support. This milestone represents the passion, resilience, and investment that have gone into bringing our vision to life, and we’re so thankful to have such an amazing community behind us.

As we continue this journey, we’re excited to share handcrafted spirits, memorable cocktails, and a welcoming place where our community can gather.

Thank you for helping us celebrate this special moment. We can’t wait to see what the future holds—and we’re so glad you’re a part of it.

Cheers to what’s ahead! 🥃
