Our Silent Experience is for all ages! With 3 different music channels, everyone gets to choose their own vibe. Kids can dance to their favorite songs while parents enjoy theirs, all together on the same dance floor!

KIDS DANCE FREE with a paying adult!

Join Danielle McNeal Strabala for a one-hour mat Pilates class designed to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and functional movement using resistance bands and Pilates balls. All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered to meet you where you are.
