Cory Johnson was instrumental in establishing the St. Louis Rebels as a 501(c)(7) nonprofit in the mid-2000s, alongside collaborators like Mike Bicklein, Dawn DeGrushe, and Katie Slater-Hicks. Her efforts supported over 65 volunteers and laid the groundwork for inclusive, accessible swing dancing in St. Louis.  We thank Cory for her continued support of west coast swing dancing in the midwest.

Matt and Julie Auclair are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo of professional West Coast Swing dancers, instructors, judges, and choreographers based in St. Louis, Missouri. Matt Auclair, a 36-year veteran of the swing dance scene, began training at age 8 from local mentors in St. Louis. A six-time US Open Swing Dance Champion, he is renowned for his positive energy and versatility. Matt was inducted in 2025 into the World Swing Dance Council Hall of Fame.
