It’s another glorious weekend here in Harbor Country! The weather is stunning and so are our features. Chef Alan put a new spin on our Tomahawk Pork Chop with a flavorful rub, apples, and caramelized onions. He also whipped up a Baked Leek Fondue for you to snack on. Sous Chef Kristen put together a special dessert for this weekend as well…Poached Michigan Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream, a Red Wine Reduction and Pistachios! Sydney’s back again with a featured weekend cocktail and this time she whipped up a Spicy Pickle Margarita. It’s going to be a great weekend here in Harbor Country and we can’t wait to see you!

We’ll be celebrating all things Dolly tonight (August 27th) at the Historian and we hope you guys join us. Hello, gorgeous! The weekend is here and we’re looking forward to sharing what Chef Alan and Sous Chef Kristen have whipped up for everyone. One of our favorite French dishes is Coq au Vin and this one is sublime. The dog days of summer are here and there’s nothing more lovely than Crab Cakes on a day like today, and ours are fresh and stunning. Have you ever had Banana Cobbler? Well, you should because it’s an absolutely incredible dessert. And Sydney whipped up another tasty cocktail for all of you…try this Basil Mint Mojito. We open at 5:00!

The Friday vibes are coming in hot and we’re ready for them! Our features this weekend have such depth of flavor and are insanely tasty. We have a Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi, Ahi Tuna Tacos, and a lovely Raspberry Daiquiri. Stop in, say hi, and get some Friday cheer!

Whoa, baby! We have definitely whipped up some great features for the weekend. Bringing in flavors from all over the world, our team has taken some classic autumnal dishes and added a whole lot of summer to them! We have a Hanger Steak Donburi with blistered Shish*to Peppers and Ginger-Garlic Rice. Poutine often seems heavy for summer, but not this version. Here, we have a ‘Nduja Poutine that is light and airy and oh so flavorful. Chili in the summer? Heck yes! This White Chicken Chili is all you need to jumpstart the weekend. We’ve been loving our spritzes this summer and this one is no exception. Stop in and try our Tequila Sunset Spritz. We open at 5:00!

Summer produce is in its prime here in Harbor Country…especially tomatoes! Michael’s Tomato Tart will be back on this weekend’s feature menu as well as a lovely Burrata Caprese Salad, a Paccheri Carbonara Pasta, and a luscious Cheesecake with Triple Chocolate Brownie Chunks and drizzle. Want a summer luvin’ style of cocktail? You need to try Sydney’s Peaches and Cream special! We might get some rain showers this weekend, but we’re celebrating summer all weekend long here at The Historian. We open at 5:00!
