Have you ever wished for a drink that will take over for you: wash the dishes, do the laundry, cook dinner...a cocktail that would take good care of you. Wouldn't that be nice? Welp. Best we got is a spin on a Trinidad Sour by our lovely bartender, Alex. Introducing: "I'm Your TriniDADI" Alex is our sugar daddy on a budget, so this riff on a classic is sure to get you where you need to go for a much better price point. The addition of Angostura Amaro and Velvet Falernum compliment the typical orgeat and bitters and add a whole new depth of flavor.

Come on out to CSU tonight and through the weekend to try one of these delicious cocktails or perhaps another tasty treat on our house menu! This is the LAST WEEK these cocktails will be available before we unveil a whole new fall-themed menu that will hopefully assist us in getting these temperatures down! Summer might be slowly coming to an end, but that's no reason to fret! In these times, we gotta keep it positive...and delulu. Time to go ahead and slide on those 'Rose Colored Glasses' as we slink our way into the fall. Luckily, our bartender Leah crafted the perfect cocktail to sip on the way! Introducing: "Rose Colored Glasses."

With a refreshing demeanor and a high ABV, assure yourself there's still three more months of summer with this delicious sipper. A simple build of Ketel One Grapefruit Rose vodka, Bodegas Borsao Rose, and a little bit of house sour, you'll be convinced you're out by the pool instead of getting the kids ready for school.

The most important day of the year has arrived: the birth of our head bartender and resident showgirl queen, Val! The self-proclaimed 'personality hire,' Val is always ready to laugh and brighten the days of her fellow CASTmembers. Like any Leo, she is a fearless leader who wears her heart on both her sleeves and brings the sunshine in any room she walks into. When she's not leading the bar team to victory, helping with groups and charters, or tending to the social media accounts (hehe), she's probably slamming Foro shots, performing burlesque on an international level, or riding a rollercoaster straight into your heart. Thank you, Val, for always leading with love and always putting the team first. We love you!

Val is currently celebrating her birthday in Cleveland performing at the Ohio Burlesque Festival, but she would definitely want you to come in and take a shot of Foro in her honor...just make sure to save some for her. We're open at 6:30 tonight for all of your cocktail needs! Cheers!

The Old Fashioned is one of the most classic and beloved drinks of all time, but in these Savannah summers, sometimes we're looking for something a little bit more refreshing. Our freshest face, Randy, came up with a delicious spin on the Old Fashioned that cools you down and packs the same punch! Introducing: The Islay Breeze.

This cocktail features The Botanist Islay Gin, which blows you around in every direction like the winds of the Scottish island the spirit is named for! The warm and cozy Angostura bitters are swapped with lighter orange bitters, which balance the herbal gin perfectly. Something we won't compromise on, however, is the use of Turbinado sugar as our sweet component; the richness of the raw sugar can't be beat!

Come on into CSU this weekend to try this creative twist on a crowd favorite. Time's a-tickin,' though, because soon we will be unveiling a new fall house cocktail menu with a whole gaggle of fresh cocktails straight from the brains of our capable bartenders! A delicious house-made hibiscus-peach syrup reminds you of the fabulous trip you took to Bora Bora last year while the heat of Tanteo's Jalapeno tequila is the sting of realizing all you've sacrificed for this life of glamour.
