Doors will be open all weekend from 6:30PM-Midnight for you to try one of our ten tantalizing treats before they disappear into the vault! One of which, will have you thinking about how many vacation hours you have banked at work, because according to our bartender Daphne, you're gonna be "Falling in Love in San Juan!"🌴🥥🍹

Do you smell that? Out there in the distance...it seems to be the faintest smell of...grill food. It's got to mean summer is just on the horizon, and our Commander in Chief, Kayla, created just the drink to get you excited for grilling season. Introducing the "Jones BBQ and Foot Massage!" 💨🍗

Enjoy all of the best parts of a backyard BBQ without needing a nap afterwards. Slane Irish Whiskey and Johnnie Walker Red are combined and touched with a hint of liquid smoke to create a rich and smoldering flavor--very complimentary to the bit of BBQ seasoning on the rim. Ring in summer correctly with this delicious savory sipper and do it SOON! In just a few weeks, our house cocktail menu will rotate once again for the summer season!

Hey, hey, Savannah! Tonight, we gather our bartenders and managers alike to finalize our new summer house cocktail menu! Unfortunately, that does mean that we will not be opening for regular bar service tonight.

A last-minute private event has us shutting the doors for public bar service tonight! Our cocktail class guests are still welcome to join us for class, but we will not be opening for regular bar service tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be back open at normal time (6:30pm-11pm) tomorrow night to shake up some delicious drinks for the public!

While we have lots of fun and flirty drinks on our signature house menu, we are located inside a museum after all, and some of our drinks are bound to have some historical context. Our in-house history buff, Chandler, created "The Midway Punch" to reflect some of the rich cocktail history that allows us to be creative with our menus today!

The 1893 Chicago World's Fair was a HUGE deal! Countries from all around the world came to Chicago to showcase their best food, entertainment, and most important: their DRINKS! Liquors from all lands were showcased at the fair, and boy, was it a party. America's contribution? A non-alcoholic orange cider. Orange juice was very expensive and hard to come by in the late 19th century, so orange juice concentrates were mixed with sugar to make an orange simple syrup of sorts that they would then water down with soda--like an orange Fanta. 🍊🍹

Chandler's Midway Punch combines liquors from all over the world--gin from Scotland, cognac from France, and rum from Barbados--with a house-made orange cider syrup to create a punch perfect for underneath the Ferris wheel!

Spring has sprung in Savannah! The perfect spring cocktail awaits you at Congress Street Up, with flavors for floral lovers galore! 🌷💐 If a botanical beverage makes you weak in the knees, you'll want to get your hands on our bartender Leah's signature cocktail: "Spring Dew"

Showcasing local spirits from Longleaf Distillery in Macon, GA, the Spring Dew is sure to scratch any herbaceous itch. The Longleaf Alba Thistle Liqueur is inspired by Italian amari, with a heavy emphasis on its earthy and root-y notes. The butterfly pea extract gives it a beautiful purple color, but changes to a light pink when shaken with citrus. That combined with Longleaf's signature vodka and fresh citrus make this drink not only the perfect refresher, but a great way to try out some of our local spirit offerings!

At CSU, we have a whole menu full of signature cocktails created by our bartenders--that means, you can't get them anywhere else! He's a natural jokester, a fantastic mixologist, and effortlessly suave with our guests. We want to thank him for his dedication to his work and his team today! We love ya, Randy! Cheers!
