Understanding where your food comes from is something we take a ton of pride in here at Hamlet.

Their farming philosophy :

“Pasturing animals harvests the sun’s energy, and provides animals with their most natural and beneficial diet, which results in healthier meat. An intense rotational grazing program also improves the soil by increasing carbon sequestration and decreasing erosion. Silvopasturing allows us to stack our operations to grow food, fiber, and animals in the same area.“
