The third cigar in what the company calls its “West Tampa food scene inspired series” is Chef Rick. Rodriguez has previously described his blending experience as feeling like being a cigar chef. The series started with Boliche Blvd., the nickname given to Columbus Drive in Tampa, known for the many restaurants serving boliche, a popular Cuban dish. The second was Devil Crab, named after the dish that rose to popularity in Ybor City during the 1920s. Like the previous two releases, this will be a limited one-and-done release.
