We all are familiar with Pisco, but how knowledgeable are you when it comes to, Singani, Bolivian Brandy? In a way it's like the difference between Tequila and Mezcal, one can only strictly use one varietal of agave and the other can use multiple wild agaves. Pisco being the mezcal in this comparison and can use a variety of different grapes, versus Singani can only use one varietal of grape, Muscat of Alexandria. This produces a sweeter, lighter and more floral taste in comparison to Pisco.

A watermelon bib that resists any sort of nuance of artificial flavor. Freshly juiced melon that we turn into a cordial with a hint of pistachio. With Blanco Tequila as the base providing an earthy compliment and quinine adding a hint of bitterness to round out these pairings. To top it off, what's summer without some bubbles, a cava float.
