ᎶᏗᏒᎴᏋᏁ ᎶᎧᏰᏝᎥᏁ 🍄

The first of many great new libations for our 2025 Summer menu. Starting off with a bang 💥 Garden Goblin is a spirit forward, negroni/old fashioned riff that mixes up a house-made tomato syrup with a pasilla chili infused Mezcal and sh*take mushroom bitters. The negroni inspired part comes from the use of bitter herbal liqueur and Salers Gentian Apertif.
