known for being "Farm to Bar". We buy our produce from local farms and make everything possible in house. Our bartenders know over 100 classic craft cocktails on top of our seasonal rotating menu. We offer a small plate Spanish Tapas menu provided by Sama Sama. We take pride in giving our customers the best service & experience possible. The Good Lio

Our summer Black Sesame Sour is a layered sour cocktail balancing savory, citrus and tea notes. πŸ‘Œ

Matcha-infused Planteray 3 Stars rum introduces grassy tannin and soft bitterness while yuzu sake contributes floral citrus character.

Licor 43 brings vanilla and baking spice beneath a rich black sesame cordial that adds roasted nuttiness and texture.

We finish it off with yuzu foam and matcha for a cocktail that leans savory while maintaining brightness and lift.

πŸ‹ Portugal the Drink is our spin on the classic aperitif of Portugal. If you like a Port and Tonic, then this one is for you.

Normally just white port and tonic water with a mint or citrus garnish, we bump up the ABV a bit by the adding a cuban style rum. When creating cocktails, all flavors are based on food pairings. For this drink we add a pleasant bitterness and fruit from the assam tea syrup, and slip in some tropical banana as a welcome yet unlikely pairing.

We use to produce a rich, chocolate-forward cold brew concentrate, then combine it with vodka, a touch of brown sugar, and one of our favorite Amari; Averna, Ramazzotti, Nardini, or Lucano.
