Dirty Drinks: Zero Foodprint has been a partner of ours for a long time, and this week they’ve got something special. Dirty Drinks connects the beverage industry back to its agricultural roots. August 24 through 30, drinkmakers serve their own spin on a dirty drink and put $1 from every one toward farmers restoring the climate by building healthy soil.

This Thursday, we extend our hours for SYNC UP PARTY They take over the back half of the night with five DJs: Dusse, Anckley, Sy, Way2Pac, and Neeks. 9pm to 1am, drink specials running all night.

AND we’re hosting the after party for the BTS stamp rally. Participating, or just here for the K-pop? Come by starting at 5pm for a few hours of tunes.

Created for Zero Foodprint’s Dirty Drinks campaign, our Dirty Diana puts our kitchen scraps to good use. We turn ingredients that might otherwise go to waste into a banana oleo, paired with bone marrow fat-washed Mijenta tequila, coffee, and lime. It’s our sustainable contribution to the campaign, available at Sonder August 24th–30th.�Join us this week before it’s gone!

Daq-off: a celebration of the daiquiri. Six DTSA spots are showing off their skills and you vote for the best of the best. Winner gets a 🏆. Wouldn’t that look good on our bar? 🤗

One week only and then it’s gone.

The Careless Whisper is rum, condensed milk, lime, green Chartreuse, and som tum, and it tastes a lot like Brazilian lemonade. Made for Daq Off, Downtown Santa Ana’s weeklong celebration of the daiquiri, pouring August 24 through 30.

From August 24–30, Sonder is joining Zero Foodprint’s Dirty Drinks campaign, helping raise funds for farmers across California.

You can support the cause year-round with our Sangria, with $1 from every drink donated to Zero Foodprint. During Dirty Drinks week, we’ll also be serving a special Dirty Drink made with Mijenta Tequila infused with fat rendered from our bone marrow, plus an oleo-saccharum made from repurposed banana peels.

Stop by Sonder next week to try the Dirty Drink and drink for a good cause.
